  Hi! I’m Shulie, a working mom of 5 living in Israel and the heart behind Healthy Israeli/Kosher Kitchen. I share simple, nourishing recipes that are kosher, Whole30-inspired, and free from grains, dairy, legumes, soy, and added sugars.



After being diagnosed with diabetes, I knew I had to take charge of my health—but I didn’t want to sacrifice flavor, tradition, or Torah values. That’s when I discovered the Whole30 approach and began creating meals that supported healing while still feeling like home.
Now, I cook with intention: using whole foods, clean proteins, vibrant vegetables, and lots of love—without processed ingredients or guilt.
